Kenny did a great job! He was courteous of my time during the quote appointment. He offered different options to meet my price point and budget. We picked beautiful laminate flooring and carpet for the stairs. The installers were on time, careful to keep the areas clean and worked very hard to finish the job. We had decided to partially do our floors but once we talked to Gonzalo the possibility of redoing all the floors in the entire house what a great decision we made. They are professional they are fast but accurate, and our house looks beautiful. My husband and I joke that it looks like we have an entirely new house. They replaced all the flooring in the house as well as the baseboards and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend City Floors.

Julian at the Lake Nona store stepped up to the plate and had a new floor installed in a timely and professional manner. No fuss, just did the right thing which exemplified great customer service. I will have any future flooring work done by them.
